This site provides public information about tested.dev, demo and sign-in links, and an optional email subscription for product updates. It is informational and may change without notice.

The hosted product at app.tested.dev, the GitHub App, CLI, MCP, and related services are separate offerings. Use of those products is subject to their own terms when you create an account or install the app.

Subscribing is optional. You consent to receive occasional product emails. You may unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your email address. See our Privacy Policy for retention and processors (including Resend).

You may not abuse the site or its APIs (including automated scraping that degrades service, spam submissions to the subscribe endpoint, or attempts to probe or overload infrastructure). We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.

Site content, branding, and trademarks are owned by tested.dev or its licensors. You may not copy marketing materials for commercial use without permission. Open-source repositories linked from this site are licensed under their respective licenses.

The marketing site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that descriptions of future product features are binding commitments.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tested.dev and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this marketing site.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
